Sign in

Sign-in is only required for Cloud Sync and account-linked features. Local clipboard history works without an account.

Providers

• Google
• GitHub
• Sign in with Apple — in-app button on iOS and macOS App Store builds only
• Apple ID on the ClipaX website — for Windows, Linux, Android, and other non–App Store installs

Authorization uses an in-app session and returns to ClipaX — you do not need to complete login in an external browser manually (website Apple ID sign-in excepted on non–App Store platforms).

Sign in with Apple is not shown in the app on Windows, Linux, or Android; use website Apple ID sign-in there instead.

After sign-in

Your subscription status syncs with the server where applicable. Enable Cloud Sync under Settings → Cloud Sync.

Sign out

Settings → Account → Sign out — local history remains on device; sync stops until you sign in again.
